Job Description

Responsibility

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and prepare proposals.
  • Develop account plans to grow sales and retain customers.
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to close deals.
  • Work closely with technical and support teams to deliver customer solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets and business KPIs.

Requirement

  • Sales professionals with 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Experience selling AV, professional sound, CCTV, access control, ELV, ICT, or building technology solutions.
  • Strong network with consultants, M&E contractors, main contractors, property developers, and system integrators.
  • Experience handling project-based sales, tenders, proposals, negotiations, and account management.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
  • Can communicate in Mandarin and have own transport
