Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive based in Penang and Northern Region. The role involves developing and fostering strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include preparing and executing sales presentations, managing contracts and negotiations, providing product demonstrations, understanding client requirements, and delivering tailored printing solutions. The Senior Sales Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain market insights to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation skills, with proven ability to achieve or exceed targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building customer relationships
• Knowledge or experience in the print and imaging industry, including digital multifunctional systems and document management solutions
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to provide customized solutions for clients
• Proficiency in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and import/export sales processes
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Experience in handling corporate accounts is an advantage
• Proficiency in a second language is a plus
