Job Description
Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and expand our client base within the corporate and institutional banking sector. This role involves building strong client relationships, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored solutions from our comprehensive suite of banking products and services.
Job Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate and institutional clients, focusing on high-value relationships.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
- Conduct thorough financial needs analysis for clients, recommending appropriate banking products and services, including but not limited to corporate financing, trade finance, cash management, and treasury solutions.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective and existing clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with internal product teams, credit, and operations to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and economic conditions to identify business opportunities and potential threats.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports to management.
- Adhere to all regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and ethical standards.
Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in corporate banking sales, relationship management, or a similar role within the financial services industry, preferably with a focus on institutional clients.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of corporate banking products and services, including credit facilities, trade finance, cash management, and treasury solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships at all levels.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
