URGENT HIRING: Sales Executive
Industry: Plastic Manufacturing / Plastic Packaging
Location: Nilai, Negeri Sembilan
Salary Range: RM3,000 – RM6,000 (negotiable based on experience)
We are urgently looking for a Sales Executive to join a plastic manufacturing company based in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.
The role will support daily sales activities for plastic packaging products, including jerricans, pails, and related packaging products. The candidate will be involved in customer inquiries, quotations, costing, order follow-up, delivery coordination, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell plastic manufacturing products, including jerricans, pails, and related packaging products
- Handle customer inquiries and follow up on sales opportunities
- Prepare quotations, costing, and sales documentation
- Prepare basic cost estimates based on BOM, labour, overhead, and logistics costs
- Coordinate with purchasing, production, planning, warehouse, and logistics teams
- Monitor customer orders, delivery schedules, and payment status
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers
- Assist in sales reports, forecasts, and management updates
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Attend to customer complaints and coordinate with internal departments for resolution
Key Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years working experience in sales or a related field
- Experience in plastic manufacturing, plastic packaging, jerrican, or pail products will be an added advantage
- Knowledge in costing and quotation preparation will be an added advantage
- Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Basic analytical and reporting skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to work in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan
- Ability to understand Mandarin will be an added advantage
