About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our Marketing & Sales team. If you have a passion for luxury real estate, enjoy engaging with high-net-worth clients, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and sales enquiries professionally.
- Conduct project presentations and property viewings for prospective purchasers.
- Follow up on leads and prospects to drive bookings and sales conversion.
- Manage and coordinate with appointed sales agents, providing regular updates on project information, viewings, leads, and sales activities.
- Prepare sales reports, enquiry tracking, booking status reports, and related documentation.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Support sales events, launches and promotional activities.
- Perform other duties assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in luxury property sales, international marketing, or high-end residential developments.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive and customer focused.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays (off days on weekdays).
