Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager located in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Senior Sales Manager will lead sales initiatives, develop strategies to achieve revenue targets, and build strong business relationships with corporate clients. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, monitoring market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires collaboration with internal departments to optimize operations and align with the company's broader business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development: Proficiency in identifying market trends, acquiring new business, and driving revenue growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
  • Strategic Planning: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies tailored to achieve organizational goals.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Expertise in closing deals, drafting and managing contracts, and ensuring profitability.
  • Team Collaboration: Capability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to align on strategies and overcome challenges.
  • Experience in the hospitality or serviced residence industry is a significant advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and tools is highly desirable.
