We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager Team Lead to join an industryleading sales representation company, working on behalf of one of the largest travel brands in the world.
In this role, you will guide, inspire, and develop a sales team to grow their portfolios, strengthen partner relationships, and achieve revenue targets. You will collaborate closely with the client, deeply understand their commercial priorities, and translate those needs into actionable sales strategies for the market. You will also manage your own portfolio of accounts, leading by example through facetoface visits, product demonstrations, partner events, tradeshows, and exhibitions.

- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve growth targets and deliver exceptional results.
- Set clear expectations, monitor performance, and support team development through regular coaching and feedback.
- Translate client goals and market insights into actionable team strategies.
- Encourage creative thinking and foster a culture of proactive problemsolving.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with the client and key travel trade partners.
- Accurately assess partner business needs and identify opportunities for growth.
- Present solutions and value propositions tailored to each partner's business model.
- Increase account penetration and share of wallet by demonstrating and articulating value delivered.
- Manage your own sales portfolio through facetoface visits, webinars, telesales, product training, and industry events.
- Represent the client at tradeshows, exhibitions, and partner engagements.
- Identify, prioritize, and onboard highpotential travel agent partners.
- Use data to understand market dynamics and guide decisionmaking.
- Develop marketspecific sales and marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Provide business insights and recommendations that support revenue growth.
- Work effectively with customer support, technology teams, and neighboring markets to ensure alignment and operational success.
- Contribute to internal strategy discussions and support the continuous improvement of processes and programs.
