We are expanding our team and we are looking for a Senior Sales Manager Customer Service Center to enhance our After-Sales services and support to our clients in the ASEAN and Asia Pacific region!

Your job:

+ Quotation Creation:

  • Create accurate and competitive quotations for spare parts and services in due time.
  • Prepare detailed quotation documents, including itemized lists, pricing breakdowns, and delivery terms.
  • Negotiate with procurement team to obtain the best pricing and delivery terms.
  • Calculate client specific pricing considering customer groups, status and different scopes of deliveries.
  • For service quotation, calculate pricing for service engineer delegation to site.
  • Propose recommended parts list aligned with customer needs and lifecycle
  • Filing and analysis of lost orders

+ Order Processing:

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently and create order confirmations.
  • Verify order details, including part numbers, quantities, shipping addresses etc.
  • Timely data management in ERP & DMS system.
  • Coordinate and monitor with logistics team to arrange for timely and cost-effective shipping.
  • Resolve any shipping issues or delays with logistic team.

+Technical Support:

  • Provide technical support to customers regarding spare parts identification, compatibility, and installation.
  • Identify technical issues related to spare parts and equipment malfunctions, transfer issue to technical department for advise and clarification.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including spare parts catalogs and maintenance manuals.
  • Constant contact with HQ technical department and keep up-to-date with current spare parts upgrade, modification and recommendations.
  • Recognition of opportunities for improvement of our further development

+ Customer Service:

  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
  • Participate in internal and external sales meetings
  • Case-based customer visits
  • Collaborate with the whole engineering team and GPMY office
  • Analyse assigned markets & customers for their demands, performance and preferences
  • Build strong relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships.

Requirements:

+ Possess a Bachelor's or higher Degree in Mechanical Engineeringdiscipline

+ Willingness to travel withinthe Southeast Asia and Pacific region

+ Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in the cementplant maintenance

+ Proficient inspoken and written English

+ Proficient in spoken and written Vietnamese

+ Good computer systems and process aptitude to identify and resolve technical challenges

+ Ability to communicate effectively with customers, client's contractors, co-workers, and suppliers

+ Confident use of business software (MS Office, DMS & ERP products)

+ A validdriver's license

+ Basic knowledge about bulk material industry like cement, gypsum, clay, coal, limestone etc

+ Experience in goods warehousing, storage, inventory and export-import handling

+ Independent team player and goal-oriented working style

+ Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Malaysian passport

+ Malaysian resident
