A well‑established food manufacturing company is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to be based in its Kuala Lumpur office. This role plays a strategic leadership position in driving the company's sales direction, accelerating revenue growth, and expanding market presence across key channels.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive overall sales strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion in alignment with company objectives
- Support the Sales Director in leading the sales department and building high‑performing sales teams
- Oversee key customer relationships, account growth, and new business development opportunities
- Establish and execute sales budgets, sales plans, and performance monitoring across sales departments
- Ensure effective sales operations including timely collections, controlled expenses, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. other departments and R&D) to support product development and delivery planning
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline
- At least 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and proven sales growth track record, with the ability to lead and develop sales teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently with senior management
- High level of integrity, accountability, and confidentiality; organized, proactive, and resourceful work style
- Familiarity with CRM strategies and supply chain knowledge is preferred
