About the Role

We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Sales Manager to drive the growth of our new SaaS marketplace product in Malaysia. This role focuses on building and expanding the ecosystem, onboarding strategic partners, and establishing strong market presence.

In the first 6 months, you will lead ecosystem development and partner acquisition, shifting towards a partner-led growth model working closely with System Integrators (SIs) and strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the launch and growth of a SaaS marketplace product in Malaysia
• Build and manage relationships with System Integrators (SIs) and strategic partners
• Develop and expand the B2B ecosystem and marketplace network
• Drive end-to-end sales through partner channels and direct engagement
• Support regional expansion strategy beyond Malaysia
• Track and achieve KPIs including partner acquisition, transaction volume, and recurring revenue

Requirements

• 5–7 years experience in Sales, Account Management, or Partnerships within SaaS or B2B tech
• Strong experience with B2B marketplaces and channel/SI partner ecosystems
• Experience in eProcurement or eInvoicing is an advantage
• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Melayu is an advantage.
• Hunter mindset with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to present SaaS solutions to both technical and business stakeholders
