Role: Senior Sales Manager/Sales Manager (Semicon Industry)
Location:Selangor
Job Summary: Drive revenue growth for semiconductor process equipment, parts and consumables, vacuum pump / abatement systems, across major wafer fabs/ Advanced packaging and OSATs in ASEAN (covering SG, TH, VN, PH, ID)
Job Responsibilities
1. Sales & Account Management
- Manage long cycle technical sales for process tools, parts / consumables, vacuum pumps and abatement systems.
- Develop account plans, drive spec-in, manage evaluation criteria, Maintain accurate CRM forecasting, pipeline probability, and quarterly revenue outlook.
2. Technical Value Selling
- Present technical solutions, TCO models, and ROI.
3. Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage Process/Equipment Eng, Facilities, EHS, Procurement
4. Commercial & Contract Management
- Negotiate terms, pricing, SLAs.
5. Market Intelligence
- Track fab expansions, competitive moves.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics or related) Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Process Engineering, Physics, or Chemistry or related.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in capital equipment sales to semiconductor fabs, preferably with exposure to process equipment, sub-systems, vacuum or abatement, and a good understanding of semiconductor wafer manufacturing processes (etch, deposition, CMP, lithography)
