As we continue expanding across Malaysia, we're looking for a Senior Sales & Marketing Executive who is driven, strategic, and passionate about building relationships and brand presence. You will play a key role in scaling AIRA's retail footprint, strengthening partnerships, and executing marketing initiatives across the country.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across retail chains, convenience stores, cafs, gyms, hotels, offices, and event venues.
  • Pitch AIRA to potential partners and negotiate contracts, placements, and promotional opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads, moving prospects through the full sales cycle to closing.

2. Account Management

  • Manage and deepen relationships with distributors, retailers, and key partners.
  • Ensure stock consistency, reorder flow, and smooth coordination with the operations team.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution.

3. Merchandising & Brand Visibility

  • Ensure AIRA products are well-displayed and visually appealing across all outlets.
  • Plan and execute in-store activations, sampling sessions, and promotional events.
  • Capture visual, sales, and performance data to evaluate brand visibility and movement.

4. Market Insights & Reporting

  • Track competitor activities, pricing movements, and retail trends.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations for management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align field activities with brand campaigns.

5. Events & Partnership Marketing

  • Represent AIRA at events, pop-ups, lifestyle collaborations, and sponsorships.
  • Identify and secure co-branding or cross-promotion opportunities with lifestyle, fitness, and culture-driven brands.
  • Support planning and execution of marketing activations that elevate the AIRA brand.

What We're Looking For

  • 13+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management, or Marketing (FMCG or beverage industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and targets-focused.
  • Comfortable working independently and meeting clients on-site.
  • Own transport and able to travel around Klang Valley.
