Our current portfolio includes Bruno, a Japanese lifestyle brand, and XGIMI, a brand focused on smart projectors and laser TVs from China. We believe the next wave of consumer brands is coming from Asia — design-led, digitally native, social-first, and built for younger consumers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and scale e-commerce as Oliyaya's lead growth channel (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop), owned platforms, performance marketing, content, and livestream commerce.
- Develop and execute annual sales and marketing plans across the brand portfolio.
- Lead brand portfolio management — positioning, pricing, and new product introductions.
- Manage retail and reseller partners to maximize sales and minimize channel conflict.
- Adapt and localize brand guidelines for the local market.
- Serve as primary liaison with brand principals from China, Taiwan, Japan, Korea and other Asian markets.
- Collaborate on joint marketing fund deployment, launch support, campaign planning and business reviews.
- Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews against KPIs.
- Recruit, train, and mentor the commercial team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or International Trade.
- Proven e-commerce track record is essential (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop), owned channels, performance marketing, and online sell-through for consumer brands.
- 8–12 years of overall sales and marketing experience.
- 3+ years handling Asian lifestyle or consumer technology brands.
- Strong feel for youth culture, lifestyle trends, and social commerce.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage; Japanese or Korean an added advantage.
- Willing to travel locally and regionally.
