About The Job
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to meet business objectives, strengthen brand positioning, and identify new business opportunities.
- Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing team to achieve both quantitative and qualitative departmental and company goals.
- Ensure effective utilization of the Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budget, maximizing ROI and outreach to target market segments.
- Conduct market feasibility studies to support business development and expansion opportunities.
- Liaise with customers, legal firms, banks, authorities, consultants, and creative agencies to align marketing and sales efforts with brand strategies and sales targets.
- Plan and implement effective project registration campaigns and ensure timely project launches.
- Formulate and review pricing strategies and sales packages to enhance market competitiveness and profitability.
- Analyze post-mortem reports of marketing campaigns and recommend strategic adjustments where necessary.
Skills & Requirements
- Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Business, Economics, Management, Finance, Valuation/Real Estate Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing within the property development industry.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and confident presentation and communication skills.
