Senior Sales & Operation Planning Analyst

We're Hiring a Sales & Operation Planning Analyst!

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze demand and supply data, monitor forecast accuracy, and provide actionable insights that drive business performance across APAC. You will play a key part in implementing forecasting improvements, developing reports, and supporting monthly S&OP review meetings to enable informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering and analyzing demand planning and forecast numbers on a fixed cadence
• Monitoring forecast accuracy, operations, and customer service KPIs (e.g., error, bias)
• Implementing forecast tracking measurements and reporting to improve business performance
• Utilizing data to guide future work, build recommendations, and drive innovation
• Partnering with key stakeholders to identify business risks and opportunities and support action plans
• Developing and maintaining reports and analysis to provide timely information to stakeholders
• Supporting monthly S&OP review meetings and completing additional assignments as required

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, operations management, or engineering
• 3+ years of manufacturing and/or supply chain operations experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Knowledge of advanced statistics, forecasting methods, and S&OP processes
• Experience with ERP systems and data visualization tools (e.g., SAP/APO, Power BI, Tableau)
• Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills
