Senior Sales Operations & Showroom Executive. This role is responsible for managing sales operations, showroom activities, customer and dealer relationships, order processing, and ensuring a high standard of customer experience while supporting the company's continued growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage quotations, sales orders, delivery orders and invoicing processes.
- Coordinate warehouse, logistics, finance and customer service functions.
- Manage dealer accounts and key customer relationships.
- Ensure showroom operations maintain premium service standards.
- Resolve operational issues and improve internal workflows.
- Mentor and support junior sales operations personnel.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Support management in scaling operations during company growth.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant experience in customer service, sales support, showroom, retail, or administrative roles will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, organized, and detail oriented.
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
