Company Overview

A provider of smart home and electrical solutions, specializing in premium power track systems, smart lighting, and innovative home living products, is hiring a Senior Sales Operations & Showroom Executive. This role is responsible for managing sales operations, showroom activities, customer and dealer relationships, order processing, and ensuring a high standard of customer experience while supporting the company's continued growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage quotations, sales orders, delivery orders and invoicing processes.
  • Coordinate warehouse, logistics, finance and customer service functions.
  • Manage dealer accounts and key customer relationships.
  • Ensure showroom operations maintain premium service standards.
  • Resolve operational issues and improve internal workflows.
  • Mentor and support junior sales operations personnel.
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support management in scaling operations during company growth.

Job Requirements


  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Relevant experience in customer service, sales support, showroom, retail, or administrative roles will be an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible, organized, and detail oriented.
  • Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
