Description and Requirements

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing program development, planning, and support to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Develop and enhance the business management system, applying new concepts that significantly influence issues impacting assigned programs or segments.
  • Act as the cross-business unit project and regional focal point, ensuring alignment and dashboard reporting.
  • Conduct business analysis and provide decision support by leveraging reporting systems for forecasting, pipeline management, quota setting, and sales execution reporting.
  • Analyze customer, industry, and market trends, as well as competitor activity, to produce market intelligence reports and status updates.
  • Coordinate planning activities with key stakeholder functions and conduct deep dives to develop actionable strategies for underperforming areas, as needed.
  • Produce and distribute reports and other insights essential to the sales organization recommend enhancements to existing reports and support development of new reporting tools, as needed.
  • Proactively monitor and maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the implementation of company strategies and initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or Business Analysis, including regional experience.
  • Experience in problem analysis and developing solutions involving finance, technology, methodologies, and tools competitive intelligence research experience (preferably in the high-tech industry) is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, with strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) knowledge of SQL, Qlik Sense, and/or Power BI is preferred.
  • Exposure to business analytics and proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel advanced Excel skills are required.
  • Strong communication skills, a drive for results, and comfort working in ambiguous situations.
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and collaborative able to work under pressure, tight timeline and highly committed to delivering results.
