Job Summary
We're looking for a detail-driven Sales Operations Specialist to own the day-to-day mechanics that keep our sales running smoothly, accurate commission settlement, reliable KPI reporting and analysis, sales onboarding support, and a well-maintained knowledge base. This is an execution-focused role: precision and consistency matter more than persuasion
Key Responsibilities
1. Commission Settlement
- Calculate and reconcile sales commissions based on tiered rebate structures, trading volume, and deposit data
- Prepare settlement statements and route them through the internal approval/sign-off process before payout
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between trading data, settlement records, and commission calculations.
2. Sales KPI Tracking & Performance Analysis
- Maintain dashboards tracking conversion rates, per-head productivity, retention, and IB/partner performance
- Produce weekly/monthly performance reports for the management team
- Analyze performance trends and proactively flag data anomalies or gaps
3. Sales Onboarding Support
- Set up system/platform access and permissions for new sales hires
- Handle the administrative/clerical workload of onboarding new sales team members (paperwork, account creation, checklist
4. Knowledge Base & Process Management
- Maintain the sales knowledge base (FAQs, SOPs, playbooks) and keep it current as products/processes change
- Manage and continuously improve sales-related operational processes.
Requirements
Must-
- have2+ years experience in a CFD/forex brokerage, or a closely related financial services back-office role
- Understanding of IB/partner structures (tiered, multi-level relationships
- Solid data-analyst fundamentals: able to pull data via basic SQL queries and API calls (authentication, JSON parsing) from CRM/broker back-office systems
- Able to clean and reconcile data across multiple sources (trading platform, CRM, settlement records) before analysis
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups); experience with BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau) is a plus
- Basic statistical literacy, able to independently calculate rates, trends, and variances (e.g. conversion rate, MoM/WoW change) and trace anomalies back to root cause rather than reporting numbers at face value
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Comfortable working across time zones and languages with a distributed team (English + Chinese required; additional regional languages a plus
