Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in WP. Kuala Lumpur for a Senior Sales Representative. The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for generating and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying and closing sales opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves analyzing market trends, driving customer engagement, negotiating contracts, and meeting revenue targets. Regular client visits and participation in industry networking events will also be required.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in business development, sales strategies, and market analysis
• Experience in client relationship management, contract negotiation, and customer acquisition
• Knowledge of the healthcare or engineering sectors is highly advantageous
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally as required
