Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company targets

  • Proven experience in high-value sales industries such as:
  • Automotive
  • Insurance / Financial products
  • Direct selling / MLM / Premium products
  • Other industries involving high-ticket sales
  • Strong leadership skills & excellent communication ability
  • Results-driven, confident, and able to perform under KPI
  • Ability to motivate and guide a sales team effectively
