Provide high-level administrative and commercial support to the Sales team, including prioritizing tasks and preparing management documents such as reports, quotations/proposals, presentations, business letters and other sales materials.
Support sales growth by assisting with customer prospecting, identifying new opportunities in Malaysia, and maintaining an accurate customer/commercial database (CRM).
Coordinate internal processes and documentation across Sales, Finance and Human Resource Department, including the use of relevant internal systems and workflows.
Assist in promoting China Mobile products and solutions by coordinating or supporting workshops, customer events and promotional activities.
Maintain and enhance the contract database, including contract tracking, reporting, and renewal monitoring.
Support preparation, amendment and follow-up of agreements and legal documents in coordination with CMI HQ and relevant internal stakeholders.
Coordinate billing-related follow-ups with customers and internal Finance teams to ensure timely and accurate billing processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Sales Support / Sales Administration / Commercial Support / Deal Support within telecommunications, carrier/ISP, ICT solutions, system integrator, cloud/data center, or related B2B industries.
Good understanding of telecom/ICT solutions and commercial processes (e.g., connectivity/managed services/enterprise solutions; exposure to carrier/wholesale is an advantage).
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills; able to work closely with Sales, Pre-sales/Technical, Delivery/Operations, Finance, Legal, and HQ.
Strong documentation skills and attention to detail (quotations, proposals, contracts tracking, reports); able to manage multiple deadlines with good prioritization.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with CRM systems and contract/document tracking is a plus.
Good command of English and Mandarin (spoken & written) to liaise with HQ and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
Mature, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
