About the Role: We are looking for an experienced
Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, and deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving ability, and the capability to collaborate closely with clients, developers, and architects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that meet client requirements and business goals.
- Work directly with clients to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and cross-functional teams to build, test, and deploy Salesforce components and integrations.
- Ensure code quality through best practices, including unit testing, code review, and adherence to Salesforce development standards.
- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.
Key Requirement
- 10-15 years of experience with developing Salesforce solutions.
- Strong hands-on expertise in the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration (objects, flows, validation rules, workflows, permissions, etc.).
- Experience with Git-based version control, preferably BitBucket.
- Proven experience writing and maintaining unit tests with high code coverage.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Salesforce Developer certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II).
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and DevOps practices for Salesforce.
