Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and support Salesforce solutions for global business users. This role involves end-to-end Salesforce implementation, ongoing support, and providing technical leadership within the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and implement Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud focus).
• Perform Salesforce configuration, integration, testing, and data migration.
• Support end-to-end Salesforce projects, including blueprint, gap analysis, and global rollout.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, QA, and external vendors.
• Provide production support, incident troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Monitor and resolve service tickets via service desk tools (e.g. BMC).
• Ensure solutions meet business requirements, quality standards, and timelines.
• Provide technical leadership, including code reviews, audits, and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct knowledge sharing sessions.
• Support global IT team in Salesforce roadmap planning and innovation initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Flow Builder, Lightning
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices
• Experience with RESTful APIs
• Familiar with Agile methodologies
• Experience using Git, Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar tools
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a global team
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written English, Mandarin language skills are an advantage.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus (e.g. Platform App Builder, Developer I/II)
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Willing to travel internationally
