Job Title: SAP PS (Project System) Consultant

Location: Onsite Shah Alam, Malaysia

Contract Duration: 12 Months (Extendable)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project System (PS) Consultant for a 12-month onsite contract in Shah Alam, Malaysia. The consultant will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP PS solutions within an ECC or S/4HANA environment, ensuring effective project planning, execution, and cost control processes.

The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in SAP PS, integration knowledge with other SAP modules, and experience working closely with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements related to project management and cost control

Configure SAP PS including:

Project Structures (WBS, Networks, Activities)

Project Planning & Budgeting

Cost Planning & Settlement

Revenue Recognition (if applicable)

Integrate SAP PS with FI/CO, MM, SD, and EAM modules

Support project lifecycle processes (capital and operational projects)

Conduct SIT, UAT, and support go-live activities

Provide end-user training and documentation

Support enhancements and issue resolution post go-live

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of SAP PS functional experience

At least 12 full-cycle SAP implementations

Strong hands-on configuration experience in SAP PS

Experience working in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environment

Strong understanding of project cost planning, budgeting, and settlement

Experience in integration with FI/CO and MM

Strong stakeholder communication skills
