Job Title: SAP PP / QM Consultant

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP PP / QM Consultant for a 12-month onsite contract in Shah Alam, Malaysia. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules within an ECC and/or S/4HANA environment.
The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in manufacturing processes, production planning, quality inspections, and integration with logistics and finance modules.
Key Responsibilities:
SAP PP (Production Planning)
Configure production planning processes:
Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
Bill of Materials (BOM)
Work Centers & Routings
Production Orders
Capacity Planning
Support demand management and shop floor execution
Manage integration with MM, SD, and FI/CO
SAP QM (Quality Management)
Configure quality processes:
Inspection Types
Inspection Plans
Quality Notifications
Usage Decisions
Integrate QM with MM (GR inspection) and PP processes
Support quality control and compliance requirements
General Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements
Conduct SIT, UAT, and support go-live activities
Provide user training and documentation
Support post-go-live enhancements and issue resolution
Required Skills & Experience:
8+ years of SAP PP and/or QM functional experience
At least 2 full-cycle SAP implementation projects
Strong hands-on configuration experience in PP and QM
Experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environment
Strong understanding of manufacturing and quality processes
Experience integrating PP/QM with MM, SD, and FI
Strong stakeholder communication skills
