What You'll Do

⦿ Service Domain Delivery: Execute all assigned deliverables within the SAP Customer Service (CS) domain, ensuring alignment with global standards and project timelines. Daily activities include collaborating with domain leads and support teams to meet design expectations and deliver quality solutions. Success means timely, high-quality delivery of SAP CS functionalities that meet business needs. Travel may be required occasionally to engage with global teams and stakeholders.

⦿ SAP Design and Integration: Work closely with the global SAP design team to support the development and integration of CS processes with other SAP modules, contributing to a seamless end-to-end service solution.

⦿ Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with senior stakeholders, business users, and architects to gather feedback, provide updates, and ensure solutions align with operational and strategic requirements.

⦿ Application Support: Participate in the Application Managed Support team to resolve incidents and issues related to SAP CS, ensuring system stability and user satisfaction.

⦿ Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and provide recommendations to enhance SAP CS functionality and user experience.

⦿ Agile Participation: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint demos, and PI planning to promote transparency and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

Must-haves:

⦿ Strong expertise in SAP Customer Service (CS) with full end-to-end implementation experience.

⦿ Proven experience in SAP support and application support roles.

⦿ Senior-level consulting capability with excellent stakeholder management skills.

⦿ Proficiency in Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

Nice-to-haves:

⦿ Experience in the mining industry or related sectors.

⦿ Knowledge of SAP Service Management (SM).

⦿ Exposure to Salesforce, CRM, C4C, or C4S platforms.

⦿ Familiarity with SAP Field Service Management (FSM) is a plus but not mandatory.
