Senior Sap Finance Control Consultant

Responsibilities

• Participate in SAP FICO implementations for S/4HANA and ECC (blueprint, configuration, testing, deployment).
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
• Work closely with business users to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Handle both standard and custom FICO processes.
• Support integrations with MM, SD, PP and third‑party applications.
• Configure and maintain FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Centers, Internal Orders, Profitability Analysis).
• Perform functional testing and validate business scenarios.
• Assist with user training during rollouts.
• Contribute to data migration, cutover, and post‑go‑live support.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, functional specs, and support procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related fields.
• 5–8 years of SAP FICO experience (implementation + support).
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA Finance in at least one project phase.
• Strong understanding & configuration skills in FI and CO modules.
• Experience working in both project and support delivery models.
• Familiarity with process improvement and incident/change management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with global teams across time zones.
• SAP certification in FICO or S/4HANA Finance (added advantage).
