What are we looking for
As a SAP AMS MM Consultant, you play a crucial role in providing ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancement of the SAP MM module to meet the business needs and objectives. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the SAP MM system and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing application support under the SAP MM platform, troubleshoot and resolve issues & requests within targeted SLA
- Act as point of contact to analyze and fix application and system issues, ensuring SAP services are available and reliable to meet business expectation
- Manages incidents, service request, problem and change requests reported by user and follow-up promptly for closure.
- Working closely with different teams to ensure issues and requests are addressed timely
We are looking for candidates who has:
- S4/HANA experience
- Public Cloud experience
- Integration Experience with other modules
- IDOC and EDI knowledge
- Knowledge in using support tools e.g. Omnitracker, SAP Incident Manager, JIRA, ZenDesk
- Knowledge in ITIL is preferred
- Debugging is an added advantage
- Fiori integration skill is a plus
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Extensive experience in SAP MM module configuration, customization, and support.
- Strong understanding of business processes in Materials Management.
- Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, WM, CS, FICO) and third-party systems.
- Excellent spoken and written in English language
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good documentation skills using MS Office applications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Ability to work on Shifts (Allowance will be applicable)
- SAP certification is a plus.
