Key Responsibilities

SAP MM & P2P Module Expertise:

• Lead the design, configuration, and support of SAP MM and P2P processes, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipt, invoice verification, vendor management, and inventory management.
• Customize P2P flows to align with unique business requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Business Process Analysis & Optimization:

• Analyze current Procure-to-Pay processes, identify pain points, and propose standardization or automation opportunities.
• Design scalable, efficient P2P process flows to improve procurement efficiency and invoice accuracy.

Cross-Module Integration:

• Ensure seamless integration of MM with SD, FI/CO, and PP for unified data flow and operational continuity.
• Handle process dependencies such as goods movements, invoice posting, and financial reconciliation.

End-User Enablement & Support:

• Develop and deliver training for P2P cycle users, including requisition creation, order processing, goods receipt, and invoice handling.
• Provide expert-level support for operational issues such as blocked invoices, pricing discrepancies, and vendor queries.

Documentation & Compliance:

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for MM configurations, functional specifications, test scripts, and training guides.
• Ensure documentation supports traceability and handover throughout the project lifecycle.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

• Stay updated on the latest innovations in SAP MM and P2P, including SAP Fiori apps, Ariba integration, and advanced procurement analytics.
• Drive ongoing improvements in the P2P lifecycle for faster procurement and payment cycles.
