Job Description

Job Summary – Senior SAP R2R Consultant (FI/CO)

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP R2R Consultant with 8–10 years of expertise in SAP FI/CO and the Record-to-Report (R2R) process. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end SAP implementations, financial accounting, controlling, and SAP S/4HANA Finance.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  1. Configure and support SAP FI/CO modules, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Financial Closing.
  2. Design and optimize Record-to-Report (R2R) processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
  3. Integrate FI/CO with SAP MM, SD, PP, and PS modules.
  4. Support financial closing, reconciliations, reporting, and issue resolution.
  5. Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, user documentation, and training materials.
  6. Drive continuous improvements using SAP S/4HANA Finance and SAP Fiori.
  7.  

Required Skills

  1. 8–10 years of SAP FI/CO and R2R implementation/support experience.
  2. Strong knowledge of General Ledger, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Financial Closing, and Reporting.
  3. Experience in end-to-end SAP project delivery and cross-module integration.
  4. Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  5. Experience working in global delivery environments.

Preferred

  1. Experience in Manufacturing or Engineering, Construction & Operations (EC&O).
  2. Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance and SAP Fiori.
  3. SAP FI/CO or SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification is preferred.
  4. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
