Job Description
- Serve as the main point of contact for SAP SD module-related queries and support within the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP SD processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct user training and provide guidance on SAP SD functionalities and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Support system testing and updates to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Document system configurations, processes, and key changes for future reference.
- Work closely with external vendors or consultants when required for system upgrades or technical support.
The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, business support, or IT-related roles
- Strong understanding of sales processes, particularly Order-to-Cash workflows
- Hands-on SAP SD experience preferred, with solid ERP knowledge overall
- Experience in process analysis, optimisation, and business analytics
- Familiarity with automation tools such as KNIME or UiPath is advantageous
- Good presentation, communication, and training abilities
- Exposure to project work, with some project management experience preferred
- Strong team player with a proactive approach and ability to collaborate internationally
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Ability and willingness to travel when required
