Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Service Automation Engineer with expertise in Control-M and CMDB to optimize and automate IT service management processes. The role involves developing automation solutions, managing workflows, and ensuring seamless integration of CMDB and Control-M in a Unix/Linux environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Automation & Orchestration: Implement and manage automation workflows using Control-M to optimize business processes.
2. CMDB Management: Maintain and enhance Configuration Management Database (CMDB) for accurate IT asset tracking.
3. Scripting & Integration: Develop automation scripts using Python & Shell to integrate Oracle, MSSQL, and MySQL databases.
4. Monitoring & Optimization: Ensure high availability of automated jobs, troubleshoot failures, and improve system efficiency.
5. Collaboration & Compliance: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure automation aligns with security and compliance standards.
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
Mandatory: Experience in Control-M and CMDB.
Scripting: Proficiency in Python & Shell Scripting.
Databases: Experience with Oracle, MSSQL, and MySQL.
OS: Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.
6-9 years of experience in IT automation and service management.
