About the Role: This role involves managing service delivery, operational risk, resource demand coordination, and management optimization to enhance team capabilities and ensure efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Service Delivery Management: Optimize site resources through strategic resource combinations (including human-machine collaboration). Establish standardized management mechanisms to ensure healthy and stable site operations.
- Operational Risk Monitoring: Implement comprehensive monitoring of potential operational risks across site resources. Develop risk surveillance and emergency response mechanisms with cross-departmental coordination.
- Resource Demand Coordination: Manage pre-delivery requirements communication/confirmation for new services. Provide bidding material support and maintain dynamic resource information systems.
- Management Optimization: Leverage AI tools and resource strategies to enhance team capabilities and optimize service delivery efficiency while ensuring business KPI achievement.
Qualifications:
- Education & Language Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher (full-time program), C1 certificate with strong English listening/speaking/reading/writing proficiency.
- Experience Requirement: 5+ years in call center project management (100+ headcount teams preferred).
- Core Competencies: Strong logical organization, teamwork, and communication skills. Call center resource management expertise; priority given to: Lean Six Sigma, AI operations experience, overseas site delivery background.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in office software suites, advanced data analysis and professional PPT report creation capabilities.
