Position: Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly accountable Site Manager to oversee the governance, operational management, and regulatory compliance of our Malaysia licensed entity. This role serves as the key local owner of the company's day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment between business objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational execution.
The Site Manager will work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Technology, and Corporate Functions to ensure the licensed entity operates efficiently, compliantly, and in accordance with local regulatory expectations. The role will also act as a primary liaison with local regulators, auditors, service providers, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibility:
1.Entity Governance & Corporate Management
-Ensure the business operates smoothly and fulfills its obligations during the leadership transition.
-Maintain alignment with the company's strategic plan and operational KPls.
-Oversee departments such as Compliance, Finance, Risk, Operations and IT
-Coordinate Board meetings, management committee meetings, and governance reporting requirements.
2.Compliance Management & Regulatory Engagement
-Establish and maintain proactive communication and relationships with local regulatory bodies.
-Stay current on all regulatory developments and compliance requirements related to trade payments and cross-border fund movements, and develop strategies to navigate regulatory challenges, ensuring continuous compliance and business robustness
3.Cross-functional Collaboration & Product Delivery
-Drive high-efficiency collaboration across internal teams (Sales, Operations, Product, Risk, and Compliance) to ensure customer-centric development, optimized workflows, and regulatory adherence.
-Oversee the end-to-end implementation of partnership projects, including the coordination and finalization of legal agreements, rapid product rollouts, and continuous post-launch optimization.
4.Process Excellence & Operational Efficiency
-Continuously evaluate and innovate trade payment processes and operational models.
-Collaborate closely with external partners to advance digitalization and automation of key workflows, significantly boosting operational efficiency and maximizing end-customer satisfaction.
