Senior Site Supervisor

Job Description

Supervise and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.

Coordinate effectively with construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers for efficient project execution.

Implement and monitor quality assurance measures to uphold high standards in construction work.

Coordinate the procurement of materials, equipment, and machinery in alignment with project requirements.

Verify and manage quantities on-site to support project assessment and resource planning.

Provide support in preparing technical documentation, including drawings and specifications.

Conduct regular on-site assessments, prepare progress reports, and communicate project status to stakeholders.

Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and practices on construction sites.

Identify and address on-site challenges promptly to maintain project timelines.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for enhanced efficiency in site supervision processes.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Proficient in relevant engineering software and tools i.e., AutoCAD, Microsoft Project Application.

Effective communication skills for collaboration with teams and stakeholders.

Strong awareness of safety regulations and practices in the construction industry.

Preferably seeking local candidates with own transport and a valid license.
