Senior SmartCare Platform Engineer - Contract (6 months)

• Deliver SmartCare CEM platform solutions to support project teams in enhancing service quality, user experience, and data analytics.
• Responsible for delivering the Service Analysis Module in line with contract and customer requirements, ensuring timely acceptance and satisfaction.
• Involved in platform solution design: site survey, HLD/LLD, IP planning, and LAN switch configuration.
• Support platform deployment: hardware/software setup and data verification.
• Perform system testing, platform verification, and maintenance (audit, health check, troubleshooting).
• Clarify integration requirements with customers and deliver integration solutions through to acceptance.
• Conduct major maintenance tasks such as upgrades, capacity expansion, and service tuning.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, IT, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related field.
• 5 to 8 years experience in Telco or IT platform delivery.
• Knowledge of CS/PS services, signaling, network protocols, and security.
• Familiar with wireless/core network architecture and customer complaint handling.
• Hands-on experience in wireless/core/datacom engineering or maintenance.
• Basic SQL and database knowledge; experience in DB app development is a plus.
• Strong communication, team collaboration, and adaptability in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
