Roles & Responsibilities
1.Social Media Strategy/ Planning
- Supporting the ideation and strategy development of managed accounts by providing creative input, insights, suggestions and recommendations to team members as where needed.
- Actively keep track of the latest content and marketing trends.
- Understanding clients requirements and preparing content plans for the client and agency's perusal.
- Researching for ideas in content and design according to the client's agreement.
- Prepare flowcharts.
- Work on flowchart amendments according to clients instructions or needs.
- Deliver creative briefs to designers.
- Check in with designers on flowchart deliverables.
- Source for content from the media library for the upcoming months.
- Copywriting.
- Providing recommendations on posting.
- Creating and managing social media calendars and content across multiple platforms.
- Assist in ideation for social media campaign proposals for social media campaign management based on given brief or client needs, providing insight, suggestions, and recommendations where needed.
2. Content Creation
- Involved in event coverage. - Reporting, photography, videography
- Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to the deadline.
- Creating relevant and engaging content for our client's social media and/or digital channels such as websites, emails, and blogs.
- Copywriting for brands banners, ads, and other social media-related materials.
- Work closely with the designers to ensure that the content is presented well and is attractive to the readers.
- Ensuring that required postings and content plans for all social media accounts are completed by the specified date.
- Ensuring that content fits clients expectations and company standards for social media postings, amending marketing and posting collaterals created as per direction.
- Ensuring that all information presented and posted is factually and grammatically correct.
- Managing clients requests and queries for social media accounts.
- Developing creative content, ensuring a variety in posting types that meet the clients objectives.
- Ensuring that the visual quality of postings created meets standards that are in accordance with client requirements and content discussions.
3.Posting Monitoring
- Responsible for the scheduling and posting developed collaterals on client or third partner accounts, ensuring posting requirements are met in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensuring clients requirements and expectations are met and achieved on time.
- Live Posting Check.
4. Community Management
- Responding to all comments, DMs, and PMs on clients social pages, ensuring that all communications are responded to within 24 hours of contact.
- Ensuring that all enquiries and complaints are forwarded within 24 hours to the client.
- Ensuring communications are conducted in a polite, professional and efficient manner is essential.
- Ensuring that all information given is accurate and in accordance with brand guidelines and FAQs.
5. Monthly Reporting
- Preparation and collection of data pertaining to the performance of social media accounts (including boosted postings) managed by the 7th of every month for perusal of management and the client.
- Analyse social media metrics for our clients in order to improve brand engagement and loyalty.
- Monitor competitor's social media activity and make a comparison. Suggest areas for improvement.
- Ensuring all data extracted is calculated accurately, ensuring relevant learning is identified within the reporting for the perusal of management and the client.
- Ensuring that data presented is easily digested for the clients and opportunities for growth are identified, encouraging renewals and/or upselling of services by management towards the client.
