Job Description:
Job Overview
We are seeking a
Senior Social Media Marketing Executive on behalf of our client, a corporate service provider and consulting firm based in Singapore.
This is a
fully remote role, and we are looking for candidates with experience supporting coaches, consultants, or education-based businesses in building strong personal brands and driving online growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Create persuasive and engaging Chinese and English content for social media campaigns
- Develop short-form videos and creative digital content for online branding
- Publish at least 5 posts per week across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok)
- Track and analyse key performance metrics (growth, engagement, leads, conversions)
- Plan and optimise paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms
- Run A/B testing on creatives, hooks, and call-to-actions
- Monitor campaign performance (CPL, ROAS) and manage advertising budgets
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably for coaches/consultants
- Strong persuasive copywriting skills in English and ability to create engaging content
- Proven portfolio of social media work (posts, videos, campaigns)
- Proficient in Canva and video editing tools (e.g. CapCut) for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
