Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize local and global social media campaigns to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Coordinate with the global marketing team to localize and publish global content across local social media platforms.
- Work closely with designers to develop engaging static posts, videos, and other visual materials aligned with brand guidelines.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, engagement, and lead generation metrics; prepare monthly performance reports.
- Manage partnerships with local agencies and influencers to enhance visibility and campaign effectiveness.
- Support the execution and optimization of paid ads campaigns to generate quality leads and conversions.
- Assist in managing and growing the local Telegram community to strengthen user engagement.
- Identify and develop new social media channels suitable for the Malaysian market.
- Work closely with the local sales team to align marketing and community engagement efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing (preferably in financial or trading industries).
- Strong understanding of Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Telegram, and other major social platforms.
- Experience in running or supporting paid ad campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin, Malay and Indonesian.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills using tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, or other social analytics tools.
- A creative mindset with attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with global and local teams.
- Experience with social ads, influencer marketing or community management.
- Familiarity with the fintech industry.
