Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize local and global social media campaigns to increase engagement and brand awareness
  • Coordinate with the global marketing team to localize and publish global content across local social media platforms
  • Work closely with designers to develop engaging static posts, videos, and other visual materials aligned with brand guidelines
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis and prepare performance reports with actionable insights
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, engagement, and lead generation metrics; prepare monthly performance reports
  • Manage partnerships with local agencies and influencers to enhance visibility and campaign effectiveness
  • Support the execution and optimization of paid ads campaigns to generate quality leads and conversions
  • Assist in managing and growing the local Telegram community to strengthen user engagement
  • Identify and develop new social media channels suitable for the Malaysian market
  • Work closely with the local sales team to align marketing and community engagement efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing (preferably in financial or trading industries)
  • Strong understanding of Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Telegram, and other major social platforms
  • Experience in running or supporting paid ad campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin, Malay and Indonesian
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills using tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, or other social analytics tools
  • A creative mindset with attention to detail and consistency
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with global and local teams
  • Experience with social ads, influencer marketing or community management
  • Familiarity with the fintech industry
