Overview
The ideal candidate is an experienced and technically strong software professional who will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions that support business objectives. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications based on business requirements
- Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on software architecture, system design, and development best practices
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry standards and coding guidelines
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and development practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across development and production environments
- Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
- Participate in software design, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, processes, and user guides
- Mentor junior developers by providing technical guidance, coaching, and knowledge sharing
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and efficiency
Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development or related technical roles
- Strong experience in software design, development lifecycle, and application architecture
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies
- Experience with databases, APIs, cloud platforms, and software development tools is an advantage
- Strong understanding of coding best practices, version control, testing methodologies, and deployment processes
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
- Experience in mentoring or leading junior developers is preferred
