Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications across web platforms (frontend and backend)
• Experienced in building web messaging platform
• Take ownership of features end-to-end—from concept, design, development, testing, to deployment and monitoring
• Build intuitive, performant user interfaces using modern frontend technologies
• Develop robust backend services, APIs, and integrations to support business needs
• Collaborate closely with Product, UX, and other engineering teams to deliver seamless user experiences
• Integrate internal systems with third-party services and APIs
• Review, maintain, and improve existing applications to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance
• Troubleshoot, triage, and resolve production issues in a timely manner
• Contribute to engineering best practices, including code quality, testing, and CI/CD
• Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and developer experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in full stack web development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, GoLang, and/or C#
• Solid experience with frontend development (React, state management, performance optimization, responsive design)
• Strong backend development experience using JavaScript or similar technologies
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and distributed systems
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving
• Familiarity with Git, version control, and release management
• Experience with unit testing and test automation
• Strong understanding of software development best practices and SDLC
• Experience working with large-scale production systems, including monitoring and high availability
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functionalteams across multiple domains
• Strong communication and analytical skills

Preferred Requirements

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of microservices architecture
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
