What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and optimize high-performance trading systems in C++ and Python.
• Collaborate with traders and engineers to implement new strategies and features.
• Work on low-latency networking, real-time data processing, and system reliability.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and performance tuning.

What We're Looking For

• Strong proficiency in C++ (modern standards) and/or Python.
• Experience with multithreading, network programming, or real-time systems is a plus.
• Passion for performance, clean code, and solving complex problems.
• Self-driven, curious, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
