We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our growing Engineering team in Malaysia. You'll work on meaningful, customerfacing products, building scalable cloudfirst systems while collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Data partners.
What we're looking for:
- Solid experience as a Senior Software Engineer or Full Stack Engineer
- Strong experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript
- Handson experience with React, Node.js, or similar modern frameworks
- Experience building or maintaining cloudbased applications (AWS preferred)
- Experience designing and consuming APIs (REST and/or GraphQL)
- Understanding of system design, data modelling, and clean code practices
- Experience working in production environments with monitoring and logging
Nice to have (not required):
- GraphQL experience
- Experience improving CI/CD or DevOps workflows
- Experience working on largescale platforms, SaaS products, or marketplaces
- Experience taking technical ownership or leading initiatives
- Interest in mentoring or contributing to engineering culture
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, test, deploy, and operate software across the full development lifecycle
- Build and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure cloudfirst applications
- Develop modern fullstack solutions using JavaScript/TypeScript and contemporary frameworks
- Design and work with APIs and services that support customerfacing products
- Improve system reliability through monitoring, logging, CI/CD, and DevOps best practices
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Data partners to deliver meaningful outcomes
- Mentor engineers, contribute to technical standards, and support continuous improvement
