Senior Software Engineer

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our early-stage Digital Transformation Team and help us build and scale our transformation journey. This is a startup-style role you'll have the chance to take ownership and grow beyond your role (e.g., advanced analytics, solution architecture) as the company scales. What You'll Do

• Design and develop modern web applications with a strong focus on the frontend.
• Collaborate closely with the team in an agile, startup-like environment.
• Co-own features with the product owner end-to-end from idea to deployment.
• Contribute to and learn across the stack (backend, database, DevOps, cloud).
• Balance speed with quality by writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Continuously learn, adapt, and bring fresh ideas to the table.

What We're Looking For

1) Technical skills:

• Proficient in Angular web development framework.
• Experienced in building and deploying end-to-end web applications.
• Familiarity with backend development, APIs, databases, or cloud platforms is a plus.
• Some exposure to mobile app development and DevOps practices (CI/CD, containers, cloud deployment) is a bonus.

2) Personal qualities:

• A self-starter who thrives in unstructured environments.
• Coachable, open to feedback, and eager to grow quickly.
• Naturally curious with a problem-solving mindset.
• Flexible and adaptable comfortable wearing many hats.
• A collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
• Ownership mentality you care about outcomes, not just tasks.
