Responsibilities
- Build and implement AI agentic and platform components including Agents, MCPs for MSEC products
- Contribute to HLD and LLD and use AI to structure and write complex platform code without compromising on security, quality or velocity
- E2E software engineering including development, deployment, testing and maintenance
- Passion for solving complex platform challenges especially agent development and ability to think big, scale fast and aggressively deliver
Qualifications
BTECH/BE or equivalent from reputed engineering college with 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Drive architectural decisions across multiple engineering teams and influence product direction.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, data storage, and service reliability.
- Coding expertise in backend programming (Java/Python/.Net or similar)
- Experience operating services at enterprise scale with solid SLO and reliability requirements.
- Solid understanding of APIs, service contracts, authentication, authorization, and security principles.
- Experience leading cross-team technical initiatives spanning multiple organizations.
- Proven experience designing cloud-native architectures and highly available services.
- Experience with AI platforms, LLM-based systems, agents, orchestration frameworks, or developer platforms. (Additional Good to have)

- This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
