Job Title: SWE (.NET / React / SQL / API) – Medical Systems

General Responsibilities

System Implementation & Enhancement

Lead the implementation of .NET, React, SQL, and REST/API-based medical systems to improve customer business functionality and performance.

Business Process Analysis & Solution Design

Analyze customer business processes, map requirements, and propose comprehensive end-to-end solutions that align with business goals.

Technical Expertise

Provide subject matter expertise in SQL, .NET, React, and REST/API, particularly in the context of medical systems.

Best Practices & Optimization

Maximize out-of-the-box capabilities of the technology stack, and recommend best practices to address any customization needs.

(Including: Vite, Tooling, Deployment, CI/CD, etc.)

Data Modeling

Understand system data models and anticipate the business impact of data modeling decisions, making informed compromises where necessary.

Product Vision & MVP Delivery

Contribute to the development of product/project vision and scope. Define and negotiate a Minimum Viable Scope (MVS) to deliver value early.
