Lead the design, development, and maintenance of comprehensive UI (Web, Mobile App) and API automation suites (Back End) and test cases for quality delivery across the region.
Collaborate closely with product managers, software engineers, data analysts, and product designers to formulate robust test plans and assess their impact on key business metrics across the region.
Actively contribute to product scoping and design reviews, providing expert QA insights for regional quality delivery.
Participate in on-call rotations for team products and services, and contribute to post-mortem analyses of incidents across the region.
Track and report on essential QA metrics, working with engineers to enhance project health and quality across the region.
Ensure all testing and quality assurance processes adhere to local country banking regulations and compliance standards for a given operating region.
Strong proficiency in automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium).
Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or Go.
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests within them.
Knowledge of various testing methodologies and tools for performance, security, and load testing.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in Fintech or Banking, driving and implementing QA strategies in fast-paced Agile software development environments with extensive experience with Cloud, native iOS/Android applications.
Proven expertise in designing, planning, and implementing comprehensive manual and automated test scenarios, and leading end-to-end software QA processes.
Strong technical and troubleshooting skills with an in-depth understanding of mobile apps, Backend services, common HTTP methods, and JSON formats.
Proficient with at least one language commonly used for test automation(Javascript, Jave, Python, etc.) and hands-on test automation experience for building and maintaining automation frameworks.
Experience with Jira, Test Management tools or relevant Quality tracking tools, and a keen eye for detail with a solid initiative to identify and escalate critical issues/bugs.
