Core responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Web, API, and Admin interfaces across the fullstack.
- Diagnose, debug, and solve technical and business problems not just software bugs.
- Collaborate directly with product, design, and leadership to shape the solutions.
- Own your modules end-to-end: architecture, development, testing, monitoring, and scaling.
- Contribute to improving processes, documentation, and development standards as a core part of the job not as an afterthought.
Skills Required
- Solid skill in at least one backend language (e.g. C# .NET, Python).
- Strong understanding of database systems (e.g. Structural SQL, NoSQL, Caching mechanism).
- Proficiency with any frontend frameworks (e.g. React, Vue, or Flutter).
- Familiar with Git workflows, pull requests, and code review best practices.
- Ability to read and work with technical and API documentation independently.
Bonus point
- Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS or equivalent is a plus).
- Experience in leveraging AI agents to boost routine jobs efficiently.

Communication in Mandarin is a must.
